Tyler Houston is a Senior Traffic Solutions Engineer at NoTraffic, where he leads the deployment and optimization of advanced traffic management systems across urban environments. With deep expertise in traffic engineering and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) design, Tyler is critical in delivering innovative solutions such as optimized signal control, connected vehicle integration, and data-driven mobility strategies.
Before joining NoTraffic, Tyler held key engineering roles at Alliance Transportation Group and Yunex Traffic. His work included programming traffic signal controllers, implementing adaptive signal control technologies like SCOOT, and deploying Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures (ATSPMs) to enhance operational performance and safety.
Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).
